The coffee and tea service was always hot, and the staff provided excellent directions during snowy weather. I felt at home thanks to their warm hospitality and the well-kept, inviting lobby.

The staff was superfriendly, the location was quiet. Breakfast with egg patties and Eggs Benedict and ham slices.

Thank you for a truly memorable stay. The setting is great, it's just off Atlantic, IA and the main restaurants, gas stations and Wal-Mart. The hotel rooms are adequate with great cleanliness. Thanks to all nice and understanding staff.

Absolutelty terrible! Filthy room with p-hairs everywhere-how charming, right? The a/c was more of a suggestion than a function, and the breakfast? More like a culinary crime scene, I regretted not just hunting for a McDonald's! I would have given a good review but just couldn't for this disaster.

this was a welcome relief from our previous travels, as the hotel is just a short stroll to sunnyside park and only about 2.5 km from the local coca-cola center, making it easy to enjoy leisurely walks to explore the area and view the sights around town.

The room was super clean, which we really appreciated. This place is somewhat secluded but still close to everything you might need. We were within walking distance of popular restaurants, gas stations, a Wal-Mart, and even a golf course. It really couldn't have been more convenient.

The location here is so peaceful, and it's great that there are restaurants and a golf course nearby in case you want to explore. We had a really comfy bed in our room that made our stay even better! 😊
